This retreat is limited to 6 participants. A retainer of $750 is required to secure your spot on the trip. A pre-Crete coaching call will take place September 15th, 2024 at 4PM PST.

  • Choose your room type (single or double occupancy), and place your non-refundable deposit of $750USD below.

  • Book your retreat readiness call with Eugenia.

  • 50% of your balance is due by August 16th, 2024.

  • Balance due in full and non-refundable by Sept 12th, 2024.

If you prefer a custom payment plan, this can be accommodated, however, the balance must be paid in full by September 12th, 2024. Simply place your deposit below and reach out to Eugenia, our retreat host and coordinator.

  • Personal, Medical or Travel / Trip Cancellation Insurance (Highly Recommended)

  • Other Non-Included Items Include Souvenir Shopping, Phone Calls, spa services, tips and gratuities.

  • Airfare to and from the retreat.

  • Snacks and meals except where indicated in the itinerary. Because of the incredible variety of dining options available through Crete’s taverna culture, we encourage guests to take full advantage of the myriad food offerings and get a real taste of Cretan culinary heritage.

Select Your Room:

At each of our lodging locations, you can select to occupy your own room, or to share with roommate. If you are traveling alone, don’t worry! After we determine our retreat guests and get to know you, we will work to best pair you with another participant.

In order to hold your place for the retreat, we require a $750 retainer, due with registration. You will be contacted by our host, Eugenia Woods, to discuss further details of the trip and ensure that this is the best fit for you.

Payment of the retainer ensures that your spot on the retreat is reserved through the period of registration, however, admission to the retreat is contingent upon the initial interview and submission of registration, medical and release forms. We at the Taproot Alliance want to be sure that our offerings are a good fit and appropriate to the needs of each guest. If for any reason a guest is denied or discouraged from admission to The Journey of Aletheia, their retainer will be promptly refunded.

If it is decided that you will accompany us on the retreat to Crete, a payment plan will be determined, and you will be provided with the forms required to travel with us to Crete. These forms are non-negotiable and are due with your next payment.

Our Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation after August 15th, 2024 will result in a loss of the $750 USD retainer. Any cancellation made between August 15th and September 1st, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after September 13th, 2024 will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your retainer is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
